Hard boil your eggs and immediately put them into ice water after removing from the boiling water to avoid darkened yolks.
Peel the hard boiled eggs and then slice them in half the long way.
Take the hardened yolks out of the cooked whites and set aside in a bowl.
Once you have peeled, sliced, and separated the yolks from egg whites mash the yolks with a fork in the bowl.
Add all the rest of the ingredients from above and mix well.
Put the yolk mixture into a Ziplock bag and cut the corner off, don’t cut the corner any larger than a half inch.
Squeeze the yolk mixture into the egg whites until its heaping full and add to the rest of the egg whites until the yolk mixture is gone.
Sprinkle paprika on top of the eggs, and refrigerate for at least an hour before eating.
