Hoover’s Hatchery is excited to be a part of the North Iowa Fair July 10-14, 2013. We will be located in the Little Farmer’s area. Here you will see chickens hatching, ride a John Deere pedal tractor, harvest apples, and even try your hand at milking a cow. Be sure to swing by and check out the chicks hatching!

The Little Farmer’s Area is located on the South East side of the Fairgrounds. Our chicks will be in the Chicken Coop! Parking and Fair Entry are both free at the North Iowa Fair. This is a great way for parents to expose kids to the life of a farmer and where our food comes from.

And just in case you are wondering? The North Iowa Fair is offering a nice variety of family, friendly activities this year. From Carnival Rides, Pony Rides, Fun Inflatables, Balloon Artists, and even Face Painting- the North Iowa Fair is your go to family friendly event of the summer here in North Iowa.

Rodeo lovers may want to take note: On Saturday, July 13, at 7:00 p.m. in the indoor arena a rodeo will be taking place! All local riders under the age of 14 are welcome to participate. This is just a small sampling of what is going on at this fun event in North Iowa. The list of attractions for the five days is a long one, something for everyone!
